Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 business days after the date you receive your order. If 30 business days have passed since delivery and no return or refund request has been submitted, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions
4. Ship the item back to us within 7 business days after approval

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items
